Nydia, can you recommend a yoga mat for me to purchase? I have heard to stay away from the cheap Walmart type and consider stepping up to Manduka or Prana. I am bridging on hardwood floors.

I am so sad to know that you are leaving us........I do not have an actual studio connection although my friend Kendal Inman who runs www.livingyogadallas.com is quite connected. Go to her website and check it out. Storey Heintzelman who posted below went to a Plano studio recently....seemed to enjoy it....but we need to get a Richardson location for you. Will work on this....meanwhile, check out Kendal's site.
