Very inspiring to see the group gel at SYTAR....again, a brilliant idea by Chrys Crawford Kub to form this group, was easy as we all had so much reference and context to build from then in person. Happy Father's Day to my amazing father...my dad, Pedro Tijerina, who is the most compliant yoga student that I have ever taught. He does his breathing activities and his yoga stretches every day. I learned a lot by watching he and my mother Bobbie live a life of helping others and loving their children and others. He is an amazing man.
